Production schedules and public suggestions

A production schedule

Move each piece of work from preparation to production and review. Give the board columns the names you actually use.

A public roadmap

Let outside visitors view the roadmap. Enable suggestions to accept proposed cards into Inbox for team review; voting is limited to team members.

Board activity and card-update emails

The activity log records card moves and changes. Card creators can receive update emails when somebody else changes their card; nearby changes are combined into one notice.
