Sell physical and digital products through a Magpie Store.
Publish products with variants and stock controls, take guest payments through Stripe Checkout, and manage fulfillment or digital downloads. One Store belongs to each Personal or team context and is managed by its admins.

Build the catalog
- Products and variants
- Add images, descriptions and prices. Up to three option dimensions can produce variants with their own SKU, price and stock.
- Collections
- Publish groups of products for storefront browsing. Shoppers can search and sort the catalog.
- Digital files
- Attach a private PDF or ZIP, up to 25 MB, to a digital product. A paid order provides a download for the access period shown on the order.
- Shipping zones
- Set eligible destination countries with flat, free or free-over-threshold methods for physical orders.
Stock reservations, fulfillment and refunds
Tracked variants stop selling when available stock reaches zero. Active checkouts reserve quantities temporarily. Orders retain the product, price and shipping details from the purchase, even if you later edit the catalog.
Record carrier and tracking details when fulfilling a physical order. Refund the remaining order total through the connected Stripe account, choosing explicitly whether to restock. Cancelling an unpaid checkout releases its reserved inventory.
Payments and seller duties
What is needed to accept payments?
A team admin connects the team's Stripe payment account. Shoppers can browse and check out as guests; payment details are entered on Stripe's hosted page.
Who handles tax, refunds and disputes?
The connected seller owns the charge and handles tax, refunds, disputes, shipping and customer support. Magpie adds no Store application fee; Stripe processing fees still apply.
Can a customer open an order later?
A guest receives a private order link by email. A signed-in buyer can explicitly attach an eligible guest order to Your orders. Paid digital products provide their download through the order.
What does Store leave to the seller?
The storefront uses Magpie’s fixed template. Shipping uses country-level flat, free or threshold rates; Store does not quote carriers, buy labels or calculate weight-based rates. Sellers handle tax and disputes through their own processes.
