E-Signatures
Send PDFs for electronic signatures in any order or a sequence.
Place fields for each signer, set expiry and reminder options, and send individual signing links by email. Signers need no Magpie account; completed requests include the signed PDF and a certificate.

Signing progress and completed documents
Track whether each signer is waiting, has viewed, signed or declined. After the last signature, download the signed PDF, original and completion certificate separately or in a ZIP. The certificate records signing times, verification checks, file hashes and request activity.
Extend an expired request or void it to stop its signing links. Correcting the PDF requires a new draft.
Review signers, fields and sending order
Assign signature, initials, date, name, email, text and checkbox fields to each signer. Send to everyone together or in a sequence; required fields must be completed before a signer finishes.
An optional access code can protect a signer’s link. Set the request expiry, email text and automatic reminders before sending.
Before sending a request
Can I reuse a common document?
Yes. A template keeps the PDF, signer roles, field positions, settings and email text for another draft request.
How large can the PDF be?
An uploaded PDF can be up to 25 MB and 500 pages. Password-protected PDFs are not accepted.
Who can manage a request?
Members with edit access in the selected Personal or team context can create and change requests. View-only members can see requests and download their files.
Does Magpie verify a signer's identity?
Magpie uses the email signing link and an optional access code. It does not provide notarization or identity verification beyond those checks.
Can I send requests from the native app?
Start from an existing template, fill in signers and send it, then check status, send reminders and share completed files. Uploading a new PDF and placing fields require the website editor.
